Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pecan Salad

2 cups diced canned chicken
1 cup finely chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 cup light mayonaise
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/8 cup light ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pecan Salad

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together.

  2. Toss cabbage and ranch together to make a coleslaw.

  3. Spread 1/4 of chicken salad mixture onto tortilla and top with the slaw. Wrap like a burrito, and cut in half to serve.
