Recipe Ingredients for chicken, pear, and toasted walnut salad

16 oz chicken breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 cups lettuce, spring mix
1 pear, julienned
1 cup cucumber, diced
2 ounces walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken, pear, and toasted walnut salad

  1. pan grill the chicken breast with oil, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. julienne the pear and cucumber. place on top of the mixed greens.

  3. toast the walnuts on med heat until browned, chop and top the salad.

  4. slice the chicken and place on top of the salad.

  5. add your favorite low-fat salad dressing and enjoy!
