Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Peanut Noodles

3 oz noodles
3 oz chicken
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 oz cilantro
1 oz onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Peanut Noodles

  1. in a heated wok add chopped garlic, olive oil and chicken cut as desired.

  2. in a separate pot boil noodles - whatever you would like to use.

  3. in a separate pot prepare sauce - boil 1.5 cups of water with a boullion cube or use chicken broth. stir in peanut butter and soy sauce. this is all to taste.

  4. add cooked noodles to wok and mix with chicken.

  5. add sauce to wok and stir all together

  6. add fish sauce to taste while mixing ingredients in wok

  7. garnish with cilantro and spring onion all chopped up.

  8. enjoy!
