1 small Onions
4 oz Regular Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
2 oz Sherry
1 tsp Ginger Root
3 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Peanut Butter Dish

  1. Take a whole fresh chicken and remove the skin. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Add 1 chopped onion to water and keep on low boil until chicken is very tender.

  2. While chicken is cooking, mix the sauce: 1/4 c natural chunky peanut butter, 1/4 sauce soy sauce, 2 oz dry sherry, 1 t minced ginger root, 3 cloves minced or crushed garlic.

  3. When chicken is finished remove it from the broth and add 3 c dry rotini pasta to the boiling broth. While that is cooking remove the chicken from the bones and cut or shred into bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken to the sauce and stir to coat.

  4. When the pasta is done, drain it (you can save the broth for another use) and add the pasta to the chicken sauce mixture. Stir everything together and serve.
