I like to make these as a protein snack in the middle of the day or after a work out. I can get 5 patties out of one package of ground chicken breast.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Patties (Side or make sliders)

4 oz raw Ground Breast of Chicken
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken Patties (Side or make sliders)

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well mixed.

  2. Take a baking pan and oil with olive oil or coconut oil (very lightly). You can also line the pan with foil for easy clean up.

  3. With a spoon drop 5 small patties into the pan and evenly space them so they don't meld into one another.

  4. After you've made your patties to your liking, place them in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake until completely done.

  5. These are so tasty and it's the rosemary that makes them to die for. A simple recipe that can be made into a slider or paired with your favorite vegetable.
