Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pasta Salad

500 g pasta (bowtie, shells, elbow macaroni, etc)
1 cup sweet pepper, chopped (red, yellow, orange)
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup peas (fresh or thawed frozen)
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
16 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Cook your favourite pasta according to package directions. Drain.

  2. Gently toss with all remaining ingredients and top with your favourite low-cal dressing.
