Spiral or Penne Pasta salad with cilantro. Aromatic and flavorful. Use Lite Italian; use half the bottle; add more if desired when serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pasta Salad

4 cups noodles
2 cups cooked chicken breast
2 cups green beans, cooked
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1/3 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup red sweet pepper
3 roma tomatoes, chopped
16 oz Italian salad dressing, light

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions to make 4 cups

  2. Cook green beans

  3. Chop other ingredients while cooking beans and pasta

  4. Toss all ingredients and add 8 oz Italian dressing to start. Refridgerate minimum of 4 hours to blend flavors. Keeps well overnight.
