Chicken breast in a tomato, mushroom and marsala wine sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and pasta

1/2 lb chicken breast
1 onion
4 oz mushrooms
4 oz peas
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic
4 oz chicken broth
2 tbsp marsala wine
6 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for Chicken and pasta

  1. Fry onion, garlic

  2. Fry chicken breast

  3. Add mushrooms, basil, fresh parsley

  4. Add marasla wine, let cook down

  5. Add chicken broth mixed with 1 tbsp cornstarch

  6. Add chopped tomotoes and peas.

  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes

  8. Cook and drain pasta, add to sauce and serve
