Recipe Ingredients for chicken pasta

3 cups Baby Spinach
2 tablespoons Half and half
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons Flour
1 onion
4 chicken breast
16 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta Organic

Recipe Directions for chicken pasta

  2. 1. Pasta should already be cooking, before the other ingredients are about to be cooked.

  3. 2. Add onions to the pan and let them cook until they are translucent.

  4. 3. Add olive oil before draining the pasta. Pasta is done once it isn't hard and is edible.

  5. 4. Add the chicken and turn the heat up a little bit.

  6. 5. Add garlic and put the top on.

  7. 6. Season the chicken with seasoned salt, garlic, and black pepper.

  8. 7. Add spinach as the chicken and vegetables are closer to getting done.

  9. 8. Mix half and half and flour before adding to the other ingredients. Stir well.

  10. 9. Add to the pan with the other ingredients.

  11. 10. Add sun dried tomatoes.

  12. 11. Let it cook for a minute.

  13. 12. Dump the pasta into the pan, once all the other ingredients are ready.

  14. 13. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. (Optional)
