Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pasta Primavera

1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 3/10 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 carrot, cut into very thin strips
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb chicken or turkey, cooked, cut up
1 tsp salt
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 cups cooked macaroni
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pasta Primavera

  1. Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil in skillet over medium heat until broccoli is just crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.

  2. Stir in chicken, salt and tomatoes. Heat just until chicken is hot, about 3 minutes.

  3. Spoon chicken mixture over macaroni; sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
