Tasty way to use up a couple of chicken breasts, a bit of brocolli and any extra pasta you have in the pantry. You can also add seasonings to taste. I used lemon-pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pasta with Parmesan

20 ounces chicken breast
1 yellow onion
8 ounces mushrooms, canned
12 ounces pasta
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup brocolli
1/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pasta with Parmesan

  1. Boil pasta until soft. Drain.

  2. In fry pan, cook chicken, onion and mushrooms. Add brocolli. When cooked, stir contents with milk and butter and cheese with pasta and measure out 8 servings, each weighing approximately 8.1 ounces. If you want less calories, you can make 9 servings, each weighing approximately 7 ounces.
