Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pasta #1

1/2 box, whole wheat penne
14 1/2 oz. tomato, diced
1 cup olives
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup zuchini, sliced
2 chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup flax seed oil
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pasta #1

  1. Steam chicken. Cut into bite size peices.

  2. Cook Pasta according to package instructions, drain.

  3. Saute veggies in olive oil, leave veggies somewhat crisp.

  4. Mix White wine vinegar, flaxseed oil, honey, and mustard. Add herbs if desired.

  5. Mix chicken, veggies, pasta and sauce together in bowl. Refrigerate until cold.
