1 oz Shredded Cheese
1 oz whole wheat spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parm*Log sauce sep*

  1. Spray pan with nonstick spray, sautee onion with garlic until softened. Combine remaining sauce ingredients and cooke over low for at least an hour.

  2. Prepare pasta according to package.

  3. Cook chicken in broiler 7 minutes on each side. Add 2 tb sauce and 2 tb cheese and cook for 5 minutes.
