Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmigiano

6 Serving Chicken
2 cup Marinara Sauce
1 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
6 slice (1 oz) Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmigiano

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with an olive oil spray. Heat a grill or grill pan on high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and spray lightly with olive oil. Grill chicken for about 1 1/2 min. per side, until just cooked. Spread about 1 cup marinara sauce over bottom of baking pan. Lay chicken on top of sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken and top with chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with half of fresh chopped basil and the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake chicken for about 15 minutes, until done. Enjoy!
