Do not fry chicken until skillet oil is 375 degrees this will prevent to much oil from soaking into recipe. I am estimating 1 tsp will be consumed per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmigiana

5 oz chicken breast, no skin
1 oz mozzarella cheese
27 grams bread crumbs
1/8 cup egg beaters
2 tbsp pasta sauce
10 grams olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Preheat oven to 400, fill electric skillet with 1/4 inch deep olive oil and set to 375

  2. Dip chicken in egg beaters then bread crumbs, repeat

  3. heat olive oil to 375 fry chicken until golden brown

  4. Spread tomato sauce on chicken, sprinkle cheese on top

  5. bake until cheese is golden brown, 10-14 minutes
