Quick, easy and lighter version of a classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmigiana

4 oz chicken breast
2 oz Ragu (traditional)
2 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp parmesan, shredded
1 pinch Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Place chicken in baking dish

  2. Add a little Italian Seasoning to Ragu and pour over chicken

  3. Bake at 350 until chicken is done, turn off oven

  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and return to oven long enough to melt

  5. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan before serving
