Recipe Ingredients for chicken parmigian casserole

3 cup Penne Rigate
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 large Onions
3 fillets Chicken Breast Fillets Breaded
6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
32 oz Tomato
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for chicken parmigian casserole

Saute vegetables in oil. Combine with pre-cooked chicken, sauce, parmigian cheese, half of mozzarella cheese, and pasta. Place mixture in large casserole pan. Cover with foli and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove foil, cover with remaining mozzarella and bake until cheese melts (approx. 5-10 minutes).
