Recipe Ingredients for chicken parmesian (baked chicken)

3 chicken breast, skinless
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbs olive oil
3 cups marinara sauce, ragu
16 oz mushrooms
114 g mozzarella, low-moisture, part-skim
114 g provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken parmesian (baked chicken)

  1. cut chicken into bite size pieces & roll in olive oil

  2. roll in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet

  3. bake @ 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes

  4. place chicken in baking dish and fill with Ragu(augmented with homemade ketchup & mushrooms)

  5. top with 6 19g slices each of provolone and mozzarella

  6. bake until cheese is melted
