A low-fat version of your faveorite Italian dish

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesean

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg white
1 tblsp parmesean cheese
250 ml tomato sauce
2 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesean

  1. Dip chicken in egg white, and then in bread mixture

  2. place in baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesean cheese and bake chicken for 45 min at 350' or until no longer pink

  3. Heat tomato sauce in sauce pan on low

  4. grated mozzarella cheese

  5. 5 min before chicken is done, spoon tomato sauce over chicken and cover with grated mozza then bake for the remaining 5 min
