Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesean

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesean

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Put oil in 9X13 baking dish.

  3. Combine pepper, breadcrumbs, and parmesean cheese in one bowl.

  4. Combine lightly beaten eggs and water in a separate bowl.

  5. Dredge chicken in egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture, and place in baking dish.

  6. Cook for 30 minutes, turning once.
