Low cal version of Olive Garden's Chicken Parmesan and Pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan & Spaghetti

4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 large Egg, White
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 serving Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 cup Marinara Pasta Sauce
8 oz Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan & Spaghetti

  1. Make Spaghetti to box directions.

  2. In a pie tin, whip egg white.

  3. In a pie tin, mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  4. Dip chicken breast in egg and then bread crumbs.

  5. In a sauce pan, warm marinara sauce.

  6. In an oven safe pan, brown chicken on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each. (use olive oil in pan)

  7. Put 3 tblsp of sauce on chicken and spread cheese and place in oven at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until middle of chicken is 180.

  8. Split everything up evenly on 4 plates and cover with remaining sauce. Serve Hot!!
