Oven baked chicken with an Italian Bread Crumb Crust

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

593 g Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 g Oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1 g pizza seasoning
1/2 g Red Pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 oz Parmesan Cheese
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

Put stale french bread in a food processor with all the other ingredients and blitz until in fine crumbs. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg and then in the crumbs. Put in a preheated 385 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until thermometor reaches 180 degrees. See my recipe for maranara sauce.
