16 oz chicken breast, skinless, boneless 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp italian seasoning 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/3 cup flour 2 egg whites, large 2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Salad Dressing, Italian, Commercial, Regular
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 Egg, White
2 tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

Combine breadcrumbs through black pepper. Dredge each breast in flour. Dip in egg whites and then in breadcrumbs. Cook in 2 tsp. olive oil.
