Chicken breasts with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

16 oz sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce
8 oz crushed tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 med onion diced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in large pot.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 min.

  4. Cook chicken on a george foreman grill, then slice.

  5. Cover chicken with sauce, top with Parmesan cheese.
