Great recipe - just done for one meal (only ate half)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

5 oz chicken breasts
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp olive oil
200 g spaghetti
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

  1. Coat chicken with seasonings

  2. pan fry in oilve oil

  3. top with sauce and cheese

  4. put under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted

  5. boil pasta until cooked, toss with a bit of olive oil, parmesan cheese and pepper

  6. put chicken on top of pasta

  7. serve immediately
