Chicken breast smothered in spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheesee

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

6 chicken breast
25 oz Ragu sauce
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter
2 tbls minced garlic
3 cups bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

  1. melt butter in microwave

  2. add minced garlic

  3. dip chicken in the butter garlic and then into the bread crumbs

  4. cook on medium high heat about 3 minutes on each side.

  5. pour 1/2 cup of ragu on bottom of 13x9x2 inch glass dish. Add cooked chicken.

  6. cover chicken with rest of ragu sauce and mozzarella cheese.

  7. Cook in 350 degree oven for 25 - 30 Minutes.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving
