Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Easy oven chicken parmesan with jarred pasta sauce. Bread crumbs, flour, and egg need to be doubled... did it this way for calorie purposes. Only about half is used, but I don't like having to deal with small amounts for breading.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp light olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp Parmesan
1 cup Mozzarella
1 jar Ragu pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

Trim and cut chicken breasts into halves. Then dip into flour, then egg (lightly beaten), then bread crumbs (I add oregano and basil to mine). Brown both sides of chicken breasts on stove top. Then place into baking dish with 1 cup sauce on bottom. Top chicken with remaining sauce and cheeses. Bake on 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
