Chicken and pasta with a rich tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb cooked fettuccine

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

  1. position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to broil

  2. season each chickn breast with 1/2 tsp of baby bam

  3. heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

  4. put the chicken in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes

  5. turn the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes longer. remove from heat

  6. pour 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce over each breast

  7. top each breast with a portion of the mozzarella cheese and one tablespoon of the parmesan cheese. place the skillet into the oven and cook until the cheese melts and is lighly golden about 2-3 minutes.

  8. remove the skillet from the oven. serve the chicken over the cooked pasta.
