Recipe Ingredients for chicken parmesan

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbs oil
2 eggs
2 cups marinara sauce
5 slices mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken parmesan

  1. Mixbread crumbs and parmesan cheese togethe. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Scramble 2 eggs in small bowl with 2 tbs water. Dip chicken breasts in flour mix, then egg wash. Then cover with bread crumbs.

  2. Fry until browned on both sides in oil

  3. Place marinara in a thin layer on bottom of 9x13 pan. Place chicken breasts on top. Top with pieces of mozzarella cheese. Spread marinara over the top

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
