Chicken breast breaded, fried, & baked with tomato sauce and cheese served with noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan

1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup noodles, dry

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan

  1. Pound chicken.

  2. Dip chicken in egg.

  3. Dredge chicken in bread crumb & parmesan cheese mixture.

  4. Fry in 2 T. butter

  5. Place chicken in 13x9 pan, top with tomato sauce & cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

  7. Boil pasta.
