Betty Crocker's chicken parmigiana

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken parmesan

2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 large egg
2/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 lbs chicken breast
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken parmesan

  1. Make Italian tomato sauce or use premade one.

  2. Mix egg and water. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan. Dip chickenbreast in eggmixture then coat with breadcrummixture.

  3. heat oil and bake until lightly brown.

  4. Place baked chicken in bakingdish. Cover with sauce and mozarella.

  5. Bake in oven until cheese is bubly
