Recipe Ingredients for chicken parmesan

2 teaspoons olive oil
12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cups (250g) crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch of celery seeds
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1/2 cup (55g) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken parmesan

heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. add the chicken and sute stirring occasionally until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. combine the chicken, tomatoes, garlic, sugar, celery seeds and wine in the crockery pot. cover and cook on low until the chiden is cooked through, 6 to 8 hours. combine cheeses in a small bowl and sprinkle them over the chicken, 15 minute.
