Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan Low Calorie

1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 serving Parmesan Romano Cheese - Grated (Publix)
2 oz Ragu - Flavored with Meat
12 grams Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan Low Calorie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Spread bread crumbs on a shallow dish.

  3. Rinse the chicken breast (aprox. 4 ounces) but do not pat dry. Put a dash of salt to taste. Coat the chicken on both sides with the bread crumbs.

  4. spray a baking pan lightly with pam. Place chicken breast on the dish.

  5. Bake chicken for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

  6. Pour ragu sauce on top of the chicken.

  7. Top it with the parmesan cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted on the top.

  8. Serve with a 3/4 of cooked spaghetti or with Veggies of your choice for a lower carb option.
