Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (light)

3 lbs chicken breast, meat only
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tblsp parmesan cheese
2 tblsp thyme
2 tblsp rosemary
3 tblsp olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan (light)

  1. finely chop thyme and rosemary

  2. drag chicken cutlets in herbs

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. sauteed chicken breasts until lightly browned

  5. place in baking dish

  6. spoon sauce over, then 1 tblsp mozzarella and 1 tsp parmesan over each

  7. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
