1 3/5 lbs chicken thighs
2 cups crushed tomatoes
2 oz romano cheese
2 tbs basil
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan - Healthy

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Trim fat from chicken thighs.

  3. Put chicken thighs in large glass baking dish.

  4. Add spices over chicken.

  5. Add crushed tomatoes.

  6. Put in oven for 2 minutes.

  7. Add cheese over chicken.

  8. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
