This chicken parmesan is baked casserole style. Very flavorful!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan Bake

24 oz raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper
2 cup Marinara Tomato and Onion
1 1/2 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
4 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.63 cup Garlic Croutons

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan Bake

  1. Put oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in bottom of baking dish. (Note: Can also spread a little sauce on bottom of dish so food doesn't stick.)

  2. Place chicken in pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle basil over top. Add 4oz. of mozzarella and 2 oz. of parmesan. Add croutons. (Note: You can crush some for added crustiness).

  3. Add remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-60 minutes, depending on size of breasts.
