Sauteed (no breading) chicken parmesan with three cheese whole wheat tortellini. I would grill it in the summer to make it a bit healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan w/3 cheese tortellini

1/2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 3/10 lb chicken breast, tenderized
1 cup Prego
4 oz. mozzarella
9 oz. buitoni whole wheat 3 cheese tortellini

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parmesan w/3 cheese tortellini

  1. Drizzle the oil in the pan on meadium heat. Season the chicken with any italian seasoning you prefer and sautee until both sides are brown. Top with half of the sauce, and the mozzerella and let cheese melt.

  2. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and add remaining sauce.

  3. Plate and enjoy.
