Not the most healthy, but definately yummy. In small enough portions its not that bad!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parm

2 breasts chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs, panko style
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cups tomato sauce
4 slices mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parm

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the two breasts in half into 4 pieces, pound them flat.

  3. Beat the egg in one dish and mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan in another.

  4. Take each piece of chicken and dip it in the beaten egg wash, then coat each with the breadcrumb mix.

  5. Bake the chicken on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Or until the coating is golden brown

  6. Remove the chicken from the oven. Fill the bottom of a second pan with 1 cup of the tomato sauce and place the chicken on top of it. Then cover the chicken with the rest of the sauce.

  7. Put the chicken back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  8. 5 minutes before it is done, place a slice of mozzarella on each piece of chicken.

  9. Place on top of cooked spaghetti, using the leftover tomato sauce to coat the pasta.
