Breaded chicken cutlets fried , topped with sauce and cheese, and baked until sauce is bubbly

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parm

1/3 cup canola oil
1 egg
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup Progresso Italian Bread crumbs
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parm

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Mix egg and milk in a bowl. dip chicken cutlets into egg/milk mixture and then dip into bread crumbs to cover both sides. Fry in skillet until brown on both sides.

  2. Place fried cutlets in a 13 x 9 pan and top each with a slice of mozzarrella. Pour sauce over entire pan and top with shredded mozzarella.

  3. Bake at 375 F. for approx. 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling on the sides.
