Recipe Ingredients for chicken parm

16 ounces chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup pasta sauce
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, large

Recipe Directions for chicken parm

  1. Mix flour with spices, salt and pepper (oregano, thyme, etc.)

  2. pound chicken to desired thinness, cut into 6 pieces.

  3. Dip chicken into egg, then into seasoned flour

  4. heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, saute chicken in two batches each using 1 tbsp olive oil until golden, if more fat is needed use PAM, along with oil.

  5. when each batch is done remove and put in a large pyrex or a sheet pan and spoon on pasta sauce. top with cheese evenly divided and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is sufficiently melted.
