Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Parm 2

1 pound chicken, boneless, skinless
1 cup sauce
1/2 cup fiber one
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, fat free, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken Parm 2

  1. Coat chicken with ground fiber, bread crumb mixture. Bake 20 minutes.

  2. Pour 1/2 cup spagetti sauce and heat through.

  3. Add 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese and heat until cheese melts.
