Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paprikash

24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
4 oz Wine
3 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Light Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken Paprikash

  1. Peel and chop onion into fine dice. Put aside in bowl. Peel and finely mince garliic and add to onions. Cut up chicken into 1/2 inch pieces and place into a separete bowl. sprinkl with 1/2 of paprika and tstir to coat the chicken pieces. let chicken rest, covered in refridgerator for 30 minutes up to 4 hours.

  2. place large skillet over medium high heat. Pour in 1tbsp of oil oil. add in chicken pieces and cook until chicken as lightly golden brown in color. using slotted spoon remove chicken to bowl.

  3. Reduce heat to medium and if necessary add in remaining oil to skillet. Add in onion and garlic and saute until softened, approx 5 minutes. Add chiken and any accumulated juices back to skillet. Pour in white wine and chicken broth. Stir in reamining paprika. Cover skillet and cook over medium low heat for 35 -45 minutes.

  4. Remive cover. Increase heat to medium high and reduce liquid by half. Turn off heat. Stir in sour cream. Aldd salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve over quinoa, rice or noodles.
