Served with whole wheat penne. Done in the crock pot for 6 hours.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paprikash

1 lb skinless chicken breasts
2 cups button mushrooms
2 red peppers
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Chicken Paprikash

  1. Sautee Veggies using cooking spray.

  2. Cut chicken into chunks.

  3. Put veggies, chicken and chicken stock into crock pot and set for 6 hrs, on low. During last hour add sour cream.

  4. We ate it with a little whole wheat penne.
