Chicken with Paprika and sour cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paprikash

1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp paprika
16 oz chicken thighs
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp flour
4 oz sour cream
4 oz fage

Recipe Directions for Chicken Paprikash

  1. Saute onion, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes and paprika until onion is translucent

  2. Add chicken pieces and pour water over all.

  3. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary

  4. Stir in tomatoes, reserving liquid

  5. Stir liquid into a medium bowl with flour, sour cream and Fage; mix until well blended

  6. Slowly add mixture to chicken, stirring constantly.

  7. Cook until mixture is thick.
