Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paprika

2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup, chopped Onions
40 oz Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
5 Serving Bovril
12 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
9 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Chicken Paprika

Brown chicken legs and thighs in olive oil. Remove and add 3 cups chopped onions and cook until translucent. Add 3 T paprika and stir. Add in chicken. Stir to coat and add 5 T chicken bovril dissolved in 5 cups water. Simmer 35 minutes. Remove chicken to platter and stir 4T flour into 1.5 cups of fat-free sour cream. Add some hot liquid then add all into the chicken broth. Pour over chicken and serve.
