A chicken version of Hungarian Goulash. This is the only way my husband will eat dark meat chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Paprika

220 g chicken thigh, bone and skin removed
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (10 3/4 ounce)cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water
8 ounce low-fat sour cream
8 ounce egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken Paprika

Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add frozen thighs and cook about 10 minutes, turning frequently; drain. Add onion, butter, paprika, salt and pepper to skillet with chicken; tir to mix well. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in soup and water; cover and cook over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes or until internal juices run clear. (Or insert instant-read meat thermometer in thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 180 degrees.) Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
