Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Pace

4 oz chicken breast
1/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 cup cooked rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Pace

  1. Place boneless, skinless chicken breast into casserole dish lined with foil.

  2. Cover with Pace picante sauce (to your tolerance of heat, I like the mild).

  3. Cover the top with foil. Bake about 45 minutes in 350 preheated oven.

  4. Serve over hot cooked rice.
