Healthy, nonfat, tasty chicken burgers

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken oven burgers

8 ounces chicken breast
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Chicken oven burgers

  1. Mince chicken, onion, garlic and carrot.

  2. Mix the minced mains ingredients with ginger, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.

  3. Make individual burgers.

  4. Pre-heat oven at 428F.

  5. Place burgers on greased tray and cook them in the oven for 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.
