Chicken, onions, tomatoes & mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, onions, tomatoes & mushrooms

3 cups diced chicken breasts
4 roma tomatoes, diced
2 yellow onions, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 basil leaves
1 1/2 bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano paste
1 teaspoon dried red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
11 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken, onions, tomatoes & mushrooms

Cook garlic in water in skillet. Add chopped, raw chicken. Cook. Remove from skillet. Add water to skillet and cook sliced mushrooms, onions, bell pepper. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped basil leaves, oregano paste, red pepper salt and 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Simmer for about a minute. Remove from heat. Serve, topping each portion with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
