Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Onions

2 small yellow onions
4 garlic cloves
3 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 tbs. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Dried Oregano

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Onions

  1. chop garlic and saute in EVOO

  2. chop onions and add to garlic

  3. set onions and garlic aside

  4. cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

  5. add about 2 Tbs. EVOO to pan

  6. add chicken, Oregano, and salt and pepper to taste

  7. When chicken is cooked though, add onions and garlic

  8. Top dish with parmesan cheese
